First of all, my company, Super Prime Beef has a ranch in Oregon where we have 2,000 head of cattle.

The famous Kobe beef has been cross bred with the Japanese black wagyu and the American Black Angus.

The brand name is Washugyu.

Washugyu means Japanese and gyu means beef.

This cattle has been raised under the strictest of standards by using a proprietary feeding program from Japan.

The result of this program is the enhancement of the marbling, tenderness and flavor of the beef.

The secret behind the success of this beef is due to the unsaturated oleic acid from our special program.
